Despite a number of conversations with the store owner, they got my order wrong. Ordered a size large, but got an XL. Filling out the order form will not be enough. Be prepared to have some follow up before your order is completed.

This was as order, but it took a number of conversations after I placed the order before they figured it out. The drop down menus could be better and the communications were a pain point. The product is nice looking.
